Milford Sounds New Zealand

Carved out over centuries by glaciers pushing their way through the rugged land, Milford Sound is a 16km Fiord that makes for some of the most spectacular scenery in New Zealand's Fiordland National Park.

Milford sounds reaches 400 metres in its deepest part and stretches 16km from west coast of the South Island  to the Tasman Sea. The area has an annual rainfall of between 5 and 9 metres of rain per year.

 But any day of the week rain hail or snow this place can leave you breathless.
